Few days ago, I surprisingly received a postcard from an old friend who is in Australia now. Although there were only few words on the card, I was impressed. It did invoke my homesickness. All the memories were just flooded with my mind. After a sensation of giddiness, I came back to the reality. "The best of friends must be apart." However, I anticipate the day when we get together to discuss everything.
By the way, it actually took two months sending a mail from Australia to U.S.A. The efficiency of the mailing system seems still to have a lot of room to improve.
